Elegant, narrow leaves, approximately 18cm x 2.5cm, maturing into glossy green with maroon splotches, velvety sheen and plentiful splash, glabrous and smooth edged.

Blooms: Reflexed flowers in a rich wine colour, 15mm in diameter, with lemon-centred matching corona. Up to 10 flowers per umbel.
Sun exposure: Bright filtered light.
Water requirement: Allow mix to dry out considerably between waterings.
Maintenance: Low. Doses of half-strength fertiliser during growth period.
Special note: Intermediate hoya: best suited to warm temperatures between 15-35C. Formerly known as H. sp. Dahlia. Similar to H. scortechinii. Rarely available.
