A Big Red for foliage lovers!
Glorious glossy leaves that are big in size and, oh so, red and shiny! Obvious venation with recurved leaf edges, up to 12cm x 6cm.
Blooms: Yellow star-shaped flowers, measuring 11mm, with yellow-centred cream corona. Up to 25 flowers per umbel. Lovely fragrance. Heavy bloomer during warmer months. Long lasting flowers.
Sun exposure: Best in high levels of bright, indirect light and warm growing conditions.
Water requirement: Prefers well-draining open mix. Water less in winter.
Maintenance:Â Low. Half strength doses of fertiliser in growing period (warmer months).
Special note: WAOL permitted. Intermediate hoya: best suited to warm temperatures between 15-35C.
