A rapidly-growing hoya with thick, pubescent leaves, measuring 11cm x 4cm, succulent and pleasingly architectural.Â
Blooms: Pubescent, star-shaped flowers in pearlescent white, up to 20mm in diameter, with matching white corona. Up to 18 flowers per umbel. Produces some nectar. Strongly fragrant. Flowers last for at least 7 days.
Sun exposure: Flowers well in bright, indirect light.
Water requirement: Water thoroughly and allow to almost dry out in between. Prefers well-drained, open mix. Water less in winter.
Maintenance:Â Low. Half strength doses of fertiliser in growing period.
Special note:Â Clear sap. Cool hoya: best suited to temperatures between 10-25C.
